Recipe: Strawberry, Lavender & Basil Iced Tea

A refreshing, juicy iced tea to make at home. Black tea and lavender as a base, paired with the subtle aromatics of basil and sweet, juicy strawberries. Add gin and swap out tonic water instead of soda water to turn this drink into an afternoon tipple.

Ingredients
5g Black Tea
150ml Water
1 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup Basil
1 tablespoon Honey
Ice
Soda/Sparkling Water

How To:
First, prepare tea by brewing 5-6g of black tea and lavender for every 150ml of water. Brew for 5 minutes and set aside.
Chop up 1 cup of strawberries and a handful of basil leaves. Muddle together to release the aromatics. Next, add into your cup and sweeten with 1 tablespoon of honey. Add brewed tea into the cup till about 2/3 full and stir slightly. Top up with ice and soda water! Simple! Enjoy.
