This green tea’s literal name in Chinese translates to drifting snowflakes falling on a turquoise deep pond. It was so named because the resulting brew of green leaves with floating jasmine flowers, draws up a poetic scene of snowflakes fallen atop a frozen lake in Winter.

Sourced from E-Mei in Sichuan province, the green tea is made up of buds and scented thrice overnight with jasmine flowers.
